Group of four, aged 14 and 15, charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking with firearms
CHICAGO - A group of four teens were arrested yesterday moments after they carjacked a man on the city's far south side, authorities said.
The incident reportedly happened yesterday afternoon just before 3:00 p.m. in the 10800 block of S. Eberhart in the Roseland neighborhood on the city's far south side.
Police said a group of four teenagers were arrested a mile away from where they allegedly committed an armed carjacking on a 32-year-old male victim on the above mentioned block.
The offenders were three 15-year-olds and one 14-year-old.
Since they are juveniles they will not be identified, but all four were charged with one (1) felony count of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm.
